Problem Description: amp server wont connect no matter how many times i start the server, the primary connection doesnt work

Is the server running? Check your firewall.

so i managed to get the server running but only using 0.0.0.0:25566, and that address only works on the computer running the server, when i try to use the normal address that i put it doesnt connect on any device, can you help?

OK that means it is working. You need to open your firewall to allow the ports to pass through.
