That’s an old log. You need a fresh one that shows the log output from you reconfiguring the instance.

just been reading this seems you are not logged in and or do not have permission to do the action cherck your permissions with admin account or create a new user

This method requires the Session.LoggedIn permission you are logged out by the looks of it
