AMP Preventing edits to server.properties

OS / AMP Version

Ubuntu 24.04.1 | 64GB RAM

Intel Core™ i9-9900K (8C\16T)

AMP Advanced Edition - Release “Phobos” v2.6.0.6

I want to add the nLogin Premium Plugin to my server (already bought) but I need to toggle off the server online-mode to enter.

I have already tried to edit the server.properties file but edits don’t apply and my server is standalone (no bukkit/velocity/etc)

How can I set online-mode to false to resolve the issue?

AMP does not support piracy

Yeah I have two premium Minecraft accounts, I do not need piracy.
I just want to disable online-mode.
From a software like this I expect to be able to edit the server properties file…

There’s no reason to disable authentication if you own the game, it actually causes problems with player IDs and many plugins/mods. AMP just doesn’t support piracy in any shape or form.

Why is turning off online-mode considered piracy?
As I said, I have two accounts bought directly from Mojang so I don’t know what you are talking about.
Also, why is Mojang adding the option to set it to false?
Are they purposely allowing piracy?

We will not discuss allowing players who haven’t paid for the game to play it. We will only discuss the setting for people who are using proxies like Velocity.
