AMP not asking for Steam login details

OS Name/Version: Windows Server 2022
Product Name/Version: v2.4.8, built 29/01/2024 18:40

Problem Description:

Hello Support Team, first: great product!
However, I have the problem that I have the following error messages in the log. There is no popup where I have to enter my Steam data. How can I force this?

Cert request for invalid failed with reason code 5005. We’re not logged into Steam

Failed to accept connection from 10.7.0.1:62604. Unable to determine local identity, and auth required. Not logged in?
