AMP licence disappears after every system reboot

Hi everyone,

I’m having a recurring licensing problem with AMP and could really use some help figuring out what’s going on.

I’m running AMP 2.8.0.8 on Ubuntu with an AMP Standard Lifetime licence. Every time I reboot the server, the licence seems to disappear, and my AMP instances start reporting NoMatchingMachineId errors. I have to reactivate the licence to get things working again.

The problem affects all my instances, not just one game server. Once I reactivate it, the licence is recognised again, but the same thing happens after the next reboot.

I’ve checked that /etc/machine-id hasn’t changed, and my AMP instance IDs have remained the same. I’m not sure what else could be causing this.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to find out why AMP loses track of the licence after a reboot, or a specific log I should be checking?

I’d rather understand and fix the underlying issue than keep reactivating the licence every time I restart the server.

Thanks in advance for any help.
