Recent Hardware change: adding an 18TB HDD for media.
Problem Description: It came to my attention that my AMP installation stops the one and only instance running from time to time. If you try to restart the Instance by hand you get the following messages:
Unable to complete task
This Task could not be completed: Starting Instance - Starting Nemeseos (Nemeseos01)…- State: 3.
Startup failure: Docker returned error code 125
While going through the logs I also found out that there might be an activation issue.

After that I was checking the License Management through your page and saw 9/50 activations (only one instance is in the panel).

[09:33:07] [InstanceManager Info] : docker: Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/AMP_Nemeseos01" is already in use by container "a1e18fa36200fc00bff619b1e30a8476193058875c2f8898fcfa53029d305550". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.

Right now this error was showing up hundreds of times in the console and logs:

LIM - Failure to make API call to Nemeseos01: Connection refused
I am curious if I can resolve that issue by reinstalling.
Steps to reproduce:
- just running for some time and after I believe it’s an update check or update progress for the panel it tends not to be able to restart the instance
