OS Name/Version: Windows Server 2022 Standard
Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’) AMP Instance Manager
Problem Description: Currently experiencing a weird issue where the AMP Instance Manager is stuck on Downloading AMP. I installed the executable file, and installed it with no issues. However, once the install had finished and it prompted me to create an AMP Instance, it just hangs. Been stuck at the Downloading AMP page for a few hours with literally no update. I’ve also checked the AMPDatastore folder on the C Drive and all folders are empty. I am running this under a separate account called AMP, with admin privileges.
Actions taken to resolve so far: Closed the AMP Instance Manager and Reopened it, Tried a different account username and password, uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
Use the web interface rather than the instance manager (just on port 8080), there’s a couple bugs at the moment. ampinstmgr status in CMD will tell you if things are running or not
If the ADS is not online, just run ampinstmgr start ADS01
Thanks for your quick reply. I tried what you stated but still no luck. Wasn’t able to connect to the web interface. Then tried to check the status in CMD and it just states No Instances to show.
