Problem Description:
Every time I open AMP it asks me to create a new account. I have to restart the system to get it to ask for my login. If it lets me log in it then shows no instances listed. I had it get stuck at the reconnecting screen and sat for 4 hours. I tried to reinstall to see if this will help it prompting

Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 - Rebooted after startup.
- Step 2 - Unintall AMP
- Step 3 - Start amp after fresh install and fresh reboot.
- Step 4 - Key in license
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Uninstall Amp
Reboot Computer
Reinstall Amp
Relicense Amp.
