Problem Description:
We use whmcs to provision instances in AMP. However, our connection stopped working and we somehow keep getting the message AMP has not been configured for commercial usage
We have not been able to get the AMP whmcs module to automatically provision instances of minecraft seamlessly. It was working well upto January this year
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an order on WHMCS as a client
- As a WHMCS admin, accept order of the instance
- The error appears. Initially, the respective product and associated user were created on AMP.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
We’ve tried a few things but we haven’t won for sometime now:
- checked license status on our portal, our license has been active. license expired for a few days (while we were still getting the error) but we renewed it and now expires in May.
- updated our whmcs AMP module, this update was done on 6th April 2024
- we have run several amp commands as follows
ampinstmgr reactivate ADS01
ampinstmgr stop ADS01
ampinstmgr start ADS01
ampinstmgr reactivateall
