AMP does not start automatically after Windows boot

Good evening,

I’ve recently had the problem that the servervice app doesn’t start every time the server starts Windows. Out of 10 starts, about 6 times no amp panel starts. I use Windows Server 2019. The only change is that I switched from Windows Server Backup to Nakivo Bakup Free. I can’t really believe that it’s the Nakivo agent because it only uses port 9446. sorry if there is already a thread about it. I didn’t find anything in my search.

os: Windows Server 2019
Amp Version: v2.4.8, built 29/01/2024 18:40

I have already tried to reinstall the ADS01. So just run the installation program after all APM services have been deactivated. I didn’t have to set anything up again except re-enter my amp license so that the instances would be updated.
I hope one of you knows the problem.

Try changing the startup type of the service in the services control panel to “Automatic (Delayed Start)”

I have automatically set the ADS01 service to be delayed and will let you know if it works that way. But it will take a few days because, as I said, it only occurs sporadically
