Steps to reproduce:

A: Checked vgdisplay and showed 1.8TB in the VG
B: Checked ubuntu–vg-ubuntu–lv space was 100GB and full at 100% -
Ran command “lvextend -l +100%FREE /dev/ubuntu-vg/ubuntu-lv”
Ran command “resize2fs /dev/ubuntu-vg/ubuntu-lv” -
Rebooted Ubuntu
-
Checked df -hT and showed /dev/mapper/ubuntu–vg-ubuntu–lv now 5% used with 1.8TB available
-
ran apt update and apt upgrade
-
Rebooted Ubuntu
-
Attempted to reconnect to AMP interface. Redirected to login screen

Credentials failed so logged into server and reset admin password
-
Logged in and checked Audit Log
A: Audit log shows “No such user” over 20 times just before I reset admin account to regain access -
Checked User Management. all users are now missing with only admin listed.
