After server reboot AMP mgr will not start

OS Name/Version: Debian 10

Product Name/Version: AMP 2.4.6.6

Problem Description: After an unexpected power blip and the server rebooting, ampinstmgr.service will not restart and fails with Exit code 1. I looked it up and saw that was a Supplied Function Parameter does not exist error.
Where would I start looking to try and get AMP back online?

systemctl output.

Steps to reproduce:
I’m not sure what caused this in the first place.
The last action I took before the unexpected restart was adding a new datastore.

Actions taken to resolve so far:
tried using systemctl to restart the service.
I don’t know where to start looking for Function Parameters that might be missing or errored.

Edit: file systems did not mount correctly on reboot. Issue fixed.
