After AMP upgrade to 2.4.0.6 - MC Instance won't start - requires reactivate - reactivate fails

Just chiming in to say i also have this same issue and it only started after upgrading to 2.4.0.6

Also, you need to update ampinstmgr pretty badly. You’re 4 months out of date. sudo apt update and then sudo apt upgrade

What is your AMP server running on? If Windows you do it in command prompt, if Linux you do it through SSH/Terminal.
