Problem Description:
After a routine instance upgrade. Instance Manager Erased my instances.json. Fixed this by restoring previous file and running setup file again. Now ADS01 will not start and there are no relevant log files or errors.

Steps to reproduce:
- Start Windows ADS01 Service
- Attempt to connect to web console
- Error “AMP is not currently running”
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Attempted rerun of setup with repair 3x
Restarted and ran all OS updates and restarted again.
