Accidentally deleted my Minecraft server and world files

OS Name/Version:
Windows 11

Product Name/Version:
Minecraft All the Mods 10 Server with Neonforge

Problem Description:
On May 11th, 2025, between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, I accidentally deleted my Minecraft All the Mods 10 server folder, which included the world files and all related data. I was attempting to clean up some old files and mistakenly removed the entire server directory. Unfortunately, my last working backup is from May 7th. All newer backups I attempted to load either failed or were corrupted.

I’m requesting if there’s any chance you have a server-side backup or snapshot from shortly before the deletion that could be restored. It would mean a lot to recover that progress.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Logged into the server control panel on May 11th, 2025.
  • Navigated to file management to clean up old server files.
  • Accidentally deleted the entire server folder, including the world and configs.

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • Checked my local backups — only the one from May 7th works.
  • Tried loading other backups — they failed to load properly.
  • Looked for recovery options on the server panel — no success.
  • Now requesting assistance to recover a backup from the host, if available.

Please note, this isn’t Hostinger support, just the forum for AMP.
If you used the web file manager to delete the folder, you should be able to browse to the .trash folder and restore the files.
If you were using the main web UI’s file manager, you would browse to __VDS__ADS01/localaux/.trash and restore the folder from there.
