7 Days to Die Linux server on in game server list but won't connect

Problem Description:
Hi, I followed same steps I did to set up a successful Valheim instance, I CAN find the server name on 7days to die server list but when I try to connect it says “could not retrieve server information”.
I am new to Linux, I Have tried moving a save onto server and also just letting amp generate new world.

I have searched forums and watched videos but not sure where i’m going wrong!
any help would be much appreciated.

Did you port forward in your router? You need to forward ApplicationPort1 and 3 from the Edit Ports button for that instance.

Yeah, did the port forwarding for the suggested ports from the edit tab… would the server still show up in game if ports were not forwarded ?

Hmm I see the error now. Let me try after work and see what is causing it.

This is fixed. Assuming you’re on the latest AMP 2.3.4 release, go to Configuration->Instance Deployment and Fetch the latest configs. Refresh your browser and make a new instance. Should work just fine.
