2 of 5 instances used despite having only 1 instance

OS Name/Version: Ubuntu Server 22.04.4

Product Name/Version: AMP Standard Edition/Release “Callisto” v2.5.0.4

Problem Description: When I check my license online, the current usage for my license says I’ve used 2 out of the 5 total instances allocated to me. I set up a Minecraft instance last night but screwed something up and deleted it, then created a new one. It looks like my license now registers that have 2 instances instead of 1, despite me only having 1 instance on my server.

I’m not too sure if this is intentional or not, or if I screwed up when deleting the other instance.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1: Create an instance
  • Step 2: Delete the instance
  • Step 3: Create a new instance

Actions taken to resolve so far: Not entirely sure if there’s anything I can do on my end to resolve this issue. I am fairly new to using a panel like AMP so I apologize.

The license manager is on a delay to prevent abuse, it’ll sort itself out after a bit.
As long as your actual use is within your limits you’re fine.
