Problem Description

Issue

After the latest update, the other maps will not load for anything other than Haga Basin, overland map and Deep Desert. These are the maps that are not constantly hot. I have attempted to restart the instance, game and server with no effect. Restoring daily backups has no effect. We are effectively locked into Haga Basin, overland map and Deep Desert. I have attempted installing a new instance and recovering from the most recent daily backup. That fails as well. I am now attempting to transfer our characters to a fresh new instance and I have a conflicting port issue with 25673 that is buried somewhere in the game that I am unable to configure appropriately. “could not bind to distribution port 25673, it is in use by another node: rabbit-game@localhost”

Reproduction Steps

  • restarting game, instance and server
  • Tried to recover from daily backup and the battlemanager wont load with backup restore
  • I have checked every update with no success.

did you find a work around for this by any chance. i tried setting the social hubs to single server hoping that wound spin them up untill theres a fix but it seems to have done nothing and no maps outside hagga overland and deep dessert will load

No, this is a known issue and is on other posts as well. There seems to be no effort on CubeCoders behalf to resolve this. Its been almost 2 weeks. Pretty sad considering the bases in game can only last on average of 20 days if full of fuel. So we are approaching losing all our progress for this game. This seems to be the solution but its not implemented in a way to solve the problem across the community.

I have even tried to backup and restore via a clean install with the same results. So much for “priority” support.
