Problem Description

Issue

I was trying so many times to update to 2.8.04 version for AMP and still on 2.7.2, and this makes that i can not access to my instance, please fix it.

I can’t access to my Instances due to failed Update on AMP

Reproduction Steps

  • Upgrade this instance on “SUPPORT AND UPDATES”
  • OPEN INSTANCE
  • INSTANCE SAY “CAN NOT OPEN DUE TO OLDER VERSION 2.7.2, BUT I ALREADY PRESS BUTTON TO UPDATE”
  • also message says that i can clear cache or realod (already do it, and still with same issue)
  • Deplyoment log doenst change any accurated to this issue also

im using a VPS, so basically i cant do nothing?
Is this ticket support related to hostinger? I’m pretty mad about the complexity to update a instance… i never had this issue with another supplier of this kind of services, what can i do?

I need to fix it today, if i cant not probably will cancel this service,

Yes, refer back to the Update guide in case it changes. For me, getamp update has always worked perfectly. :slight_smile:
