Issue
I was trying so many times to update to 2.8.04 version for AMP and still on 2.7.2, and this makes that i can not access to my instance, please fix it.
I can’t access to my Instances due to failed Update on AMP
Reproduction Steps
Upgrade this instance on “SUPPORT AND UPDATES”
OPEN INSTANCE
INSTANCE SAY “CAN NOT OPEN DUE TO OLDER VERSION 2.7.2, BUT I ALREADY PRESS BUTTON TO UPDATE”
also message says that i can clear cache or realod (already do it, and still with same issue)
Deplyoment log doenst change any accurated to this issue also

im using a VPS, so basically i cant do nothing?
Is this ticket support related to hostinger? I’m pretty mad about the complexity to update a instance… i never had this issue with another supplier of this kind of services, what can i do?
I need to fix it today, if i cant not probably will cancel this service,

CubeCoders is not Hostinger, no. If you’re using Hostinger, you can access the terminal easily. Here’s a guide:

Yes, refer back to the Update guide in case it changes. For me, getamp update has always worked perfectly.
