Problem Description:
Every time I try to start the server.
I get an error that says: STATE 3 and my page bugs, the only thing I can do is to refresh the page, stop the instance.
Do you have the C++ and DirectX runtimes?
I can download DirectX runtimes but when I want to install it it tells me:
The installer could not download the file. Try again later or check the network connection.
However I am connected in remote desktop.
You need the runtimes linked for some games regardless of what version of DX is on the system itself. These are the runtime libraries rather than the system component. You’ll need to try and figure out why the web installer isn’t working (Try fetching a fresh copy and try again).
I believe this is the offline installer to get around that. Although, concerning that you can’t get it from MS through their installer.
