Problem Description
Issue
went into sleep mode turn sleep mode off tried to get it to start back up out of sleep mode wouldnt so stop the instance and now it wont start
Reproduction Steps
- went into sleep mode
- tried to get out of sleep mode
- stop the instance i had
- treid to restart and now doesnt start
