Good to hear about the server!
With AMP that unable-to-access stuff will happen if the system is overloaded a tad (either CPU/disk, or if the network connection is somehow interrupted), it’s usually able to sort itself out after a refresh, might happen on server startup due to how much Forge needs to get things goin, after that it should be fine though (usually)

No problem! I’ve figured that I’m pretty good in the weird MC niche, so I like to pay it forward for all the times I’ve found myself in similar situations.
