Reproduction Steps

  • delete and create instance
  • delete and reinstall AMP
  • change metric port and endpoint
  • preview all firewall rule

Do you have host-mode-networking disabled for that instance?
Though do note that’s just a visual thing, you should be able to manage the instance fine
