SFTP - Firewall Not Automatically Updated

OS Name/Version: Windows Server 2022 - Desktop Experience

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’) v2.4.8, built 29/01/2024 18:40

Problem Description: SFTP firewall rules are not being automatically created when an instance is created though it appears the other instance rules are created correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Install Amp Standalone on Windows Server 2022
  • Create Instance
  • Attempt to access SFTP when it says it is available - fail
  • Verify ampinstmgr ports lists the firewall port as listening - it does
  • Manually add firewall rule for sftp
  • attempt to access SFTP - succeed

Actions taken to resolve so far:
Manually created a firewall rule with 2224-2230
