Non Admin user cannot upload JAR files

Hello,

i am trying to upload a jar file from an not admin user. The upload shows that its completed but it does not upload the file. When i upload the same file with my admin user it shows up.

I checked the settings and it does not make any sense.
The user got the permission for the file manager (and also to upload).

The file extension is in the list.

I attached screenshots from the settings.

OS: Windows 2019
AMP Version: v2.4.0.10, built 27/10/2022 18:15

What happens if you use SFTP to do the upload?

I tried to upload via sftp but i cant connect via sftp (I use WINSCP as client)
