Problem Description:
i am getting an issue with minecraft crashing almost instantly and refusing to start

Steps to reproduce:
- create new instance
- launch server
- error appears
Actions taken to resolve so far:
it gives this error no matter what kind of server type (fabric, neoforge, official). i have tried different versions and some like official servers will launch but still give the error and neoforge will not launch at all most of the time. ive tried fresh instances and downloads and also reinstalling amp entirely. i asked for help in the neoforge discord server and one of the moderators there said it seemed to be an issue with corrupted minecraft files but im not really sure how to fix that or what to reinstall
