Backup is not working
Problem Description
Issue
a schedule is made to make a backup, but it never takes one
Reproduction Steps
- set up schedule
- back up is tried
- never saved

If you take one manually does it do it?
nope not even a manual backup will work

Check that instances log to see if it says what the problem is.
it doesnt say any errors but its attempting to create the back up but never saves one

That’s the audit log - the log files are accessible via the top level file manager in the AMP_Logs directory for each instance.
