Windows ate it self forcing a reinstall of OS. During this Amp ADS01 my datastore also ate itself. Trying to do reinstall now but realized I do not have access tot he email that has my Key. I have the original datastore as well to provide the saved license file. But is there a way I can get my license back without that email access or am I SOL.
First check that you’re logging into the licence manager with your primary billing email, since some payment platforms allow you to use multiple.
