How do I reset my licence activations?
Licences do not need to be reset, nor is there any process to reset them.
AMPs licencing system uses a ‘soft’ limit. When you move AMP between systems or remove and create instances, there is no requirement to wait for the activation count to drop before creating a new instance.
If the licence system thinks that your usage is excessive, it will email you before taking any action.
How do I remove old activations?
Old activations drop off automatically over time. No action needs to be taken. Having old activations present will not stop you from using your licence in the mean time.
Can I move my licence between systems?
Yes, AMP licences can be freely moved between systems with no action required. Simply stop using AMP in one place and start using it somewhere else.
AMP is licenced based on the product tier and the number of configured instances/game servers, not the number of machines used.
How do I see how many activations I’m using?
Login to your account at CubeCoders - From there you can find your licence and click the “Activations” button to see a list of current activations.
Can I upgrade licences to a higher tier?
Yes, head to CubeCoders and login - from there you can upgrade existing licences to a higher tier and just pay the difference.
