Issue receiving licenense key

OS Name/Version: Rocky Linux 8

Product Name/Version: AMP Professional - 5 Instances. No idea as to the version as I haven’t even downloaded it yet.

Problem Description: Yet to receive license key, might be my fault

It’s been over half an hour and I have yet to receive my license key. I’m afraid I may have done something stupid and entered the registration email address wrong. What are the options for resolving this?

The transaction itself has showed up on my credit cart.

Actions taken to resolve so far: I’ve checked all the usual mail folders for missing mail and it’s not in any of them. I’ve searched by the (correct) recipient email address.

Send an email to for any billing issues. Replies will be slower than usual I’m afraid due to the holidays.
