How to update Minecraft?

Product Name/Version: Minecraft 1.20

Hello,
I’m trying to update my AMP Minecraft server from version 1.19 to 1.20, but I can’t find how to do it. I’m new to AMP and servers admin, so I’m completely lost.

Can someone tell me how to do it ?
