Problem Description:
Everytime i try to create a instance it wont appear on my panel, and creates a clone of the original, then upon refresh its gone, Why is this happening?
Actions taken to resolve so far:
All the instances are listed with ampinstmgr list, i just cant edit, and dont see them on my panel at all, ive deleted the instances and tried again, nothing fixes it
