I used AMP on a server that I no longer have—I deleted it, but didn’t delete the instances beforehand.
How can I handle this and transfer the licenses to a new server?

That’s fine, the licence activations will be removed over time. As long as your current (real) usage is within your limit it’ll sort itself out.
