It’s a petty thing, but your site did not permit me to register an account prior to purchase, and since the purchase was through our joint Paypal account, my wife’s name is the registrant and the created account.
Fortunately, I was able to correct the email address within the account UI, but there is no way for me to change the registered user’s name.
Since your license terms don’t permit transferring… you really should fix that egregious purchase flow.
Meantime, is there a way for you to change the name to the correct registered user?
