Problem Description:
If I start the server or am on it and many things spawn, the server starts to lag, which is normal, but the CPU display not changes its always zero

- Step 1 Create Gmod Server
- Step 2 Update Server
- Step 3 Start Server an Spawn Thinks
Actions taken to resolve so far:
New Installation but dosent work
