Connectivity Problem with VEIN - RCON Port not listening

Problem Description

Issue

All ports are connected except for RCON. I can see the server on the server list but it crashes anytime someone tries to join.[2025.11.04-18.57.13:891][690]LogRamjetNetworking: Warning: Failed to heartbeat (code 504) error in the console. I am tunneling the server through a playit.gg 4 port TCP+UDP tunnel.

Reproduction Steps

  • Created instance, Changed Server name and password, started server, tunneled through playit.
  • changed server name and password
  • updated and started server
  • tunneled through playit

Got exactly the same. Do we know if Veins support RCON maybe not?

Same Here prots seem to be buggy

RCON is not yet available for VEIN. But it is meant to be coming soon, so the port is included in the AMP config - since template ports can’t be added to existing instances down the track
