Problem Description
Issue
A player in the server cant connect. She was just playing and got disconnected with message “connection timed out. either destination server is down or its ip address has changed.”. We tried everything. She gets connected with mobile data but not with her wifi
Also in the recent server we cant see the server ping or can see number of player from her side but can from any other who could join side
Reproduction Steps
- Just joined like regular and Connected
- Then got kicked out while playing
- Tried Direct Connect via IP and tested mobile hotspot
