Problem Description
Issue
Said player had initial issues playing when server first started. Two days ago, they were unable to connect to the server and has been unable to since. From understanding, nothing has significantly changed between last successful play and being unable to connect. Said player lives in Indonesia.
Reproduction Steps
- Ran a ping test
- Joined public server successfully
- connected via hotspot
- disabled IPv6
- changed IPv4
- Checked instance folders to make sure she is not banned
- Collected IP and found ISP shows Google data center
