Problem Description
Issue
Server had an abrupt shutdown due to power spike. Host PC and others not on LAN could connect before this. Now, it wont even show up for the host PC to connect
Reproduction Steps
- shutting down and starting the server properly through AMP
- Updating Server through Amp
- Verifying all server files
