Problem Description
Issue
One of my friends is having issues accessing the Web UI externally. He can connect to it and log in, but the instances are all greyed out and he is unable to interact with AMP at all. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Reproduction Steps
- Verified user has super admin permissions
- Verified AMP is up to date
- Checked Discord tech-support threads
- Restarted AMP services
