Problem Description

Issue

The active users count does not report correctly. As an admin, when I login onto the server, the active users reports two users. When my friend logs in, the count still reports two users. If I leave the server, it reports 0 active users.
Because of this, I cannot implement auto backups when everybody leaves the server. Also, I remember that in the past versions, when everybody leaved the server, it entered a paused state so that it does not consume resources and when somebody tries to connect, the server started automatically, not so much anymore.

Reproduction Steps

  • Check active users
  • Connect to server
  • Check active users again
  • Let my friend connect to server
  • Check active users again

Hi. I might have the same problem. Can I ask:

Where do mean you’re looking for active users? Is it in the specific Instance, under Console and the rightmost column, under Application State: Running?

Known (and long-standing) bug in AMP in tracking user leaves when the regex matches on only one variable (username in this case)

Yes, in that instance, the purple counter.

Okay. I guess you mean the purple counter under Status, not the list of names under Console. Correct me if I’m wrong

You are right, and I think that when I create a schedule for backups based on “the last user leaves the server”, that’s the counter that it’s based on.
