Problem Description

Issue

I tried to take a back up of my Minecraft server and clicked on Create Back Up. The size of the back up was 0.00B wich was very strange. I tried to restore the back up and it didn’t work, as if the back up that i made was empty and the world didn’t save.

Are you sure that you’re managing the Minecraft server before creating the backup? You’ve created this ticket from the ADS interface rather than inside a Minecraft instance.
