AMP Not Loading In

Product Name/Version: AMPService 2.3.3.4

Problem Description: It just not loading any instances just give the loading screen and i cant create any instances or do anything with the app.

Actions taken to resolve so far: Restarted windows and amp, redownloaded amp

have you tried deleting the cache

where would that be? in the files?

go to the page and press SHIFT + F5

still didnt work i am able to create local instances but when i try to host this is what happens

Press F12 and see if there are any errors in console. Also if you could upload the latest log of ADS that would help too.
