Have you emptied your browser cache?

Yes, it hapends on mobile and PC

Go to the top-level and press F12 in your browser - then open the Console tab in the inspector, then manage the instance. Do you get any errors there?

[HTTP/1.1 404 NotFound 1ms]

Run ampinstmgr --nocache upgradeall
